Jeff has been providing support and guidance to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities for over 28 years, Mentoring individuals and families with a focus on Self Advocacy, Community Integration and Identifying, Developing and Nurturing Natural Supports.
Working as an End of Life Coach, Jeff is initiating and supporting conversations around Death, Dying, and End of Life Priorities.
